It is the responsibility of the IHWT to preserve the Richcraft Customer Care standard by performing daily job duties and responsibilities to ensure the best possible Customer Service practices.
In This Role, You Will- Reaching out to vendors to ensure attendance on scheduled service dates.
- Coordination of service calls with vendors on scheduled service dates.
- Communication with the CSS and CSR providing updates on the service files daily and maintain records.
- Follow up reports documenting incomplete work and incidentals.
- Ensuring completed service orders are signed as completed (Richcraft service and vendors).
- Ensuring proper tools and materials are brought for the completion of scheduled service calls.
- Addressing pre-occupancy & post possession homeowner concerns.
- Conducting visual inspections of warranty issues.
- Performing hands-on repairs.
- Scheduling additional services with sub-trades.
- All other duties as required.
- 3 years of experience in residential construction.
- Possess your own tools.
- Experience with Tarion Warranty program.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
- Good interpersonal skills required, including being a team player.
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required.
