Description
What you will do
Perform the inspection of sprinkler-based systems, and complete service calls and repairs on sprinkler-based systems. Must be able to work alternative shifts or weekends to meet customer and/or job requirements. Must perform all duties in a safe and professional manner. Must be willing to travel.

How you will do it
As a sprinkler Service/Inspection fitter, you will efficiently and neatly perform work on wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems.
You will maintain proper documentation for work performed and must adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
You will be provided verbal and written instructions, as well as provide verbal and written instructions to apprentices.
You will carry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 70lbs and be capable of performing physical labor.
You will perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment.
You will maintain a clean and safe work area.
You will have a positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly.
What we look for
Required
4th Year Apprentice or Journeyperson status
Self-starter that can work with little or no supervision
Strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude
Capable of performing physical labor
Excellent communication skills
Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
Ability to work well with others
Preferred
Backflow certification
Fire Pump training
Inspection Test and Maintenance course
Pay Range: 55,72$ hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
