Role Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in construction and proven success in commercial bidding. This role is ideal for a confident closer who thrives on relationship-building, understands construction processes, and can identify and secure high-value opportunities.

You will play a key role in expanding our market presence while delivering an exceptional client experience from first contact to project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry engagement
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, estimates, and proposals
  • Lead commercial bid submissions and negotiate contracts
  • Close deals that meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen lead generation initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends
Qualifications
  • Valid drivers License and vehicle
  • 5 years of experience in Construction (Mandatory)
  • 3 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to analyze market trends
