Responsibilities- Establish and seek out relationships with new clients
- Prepare agreements of Purchase and Sale
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Advise client(s) on different properties and prices
- Liaise with Design Centre and Head Office
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the progress of the subdivision and the community, as well as existing products and services.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
- Follow up on client orders as necessary
- Experience in new home sales
- Strong sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Independent, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and coordinate various activities
- Understanding blueprints is an asset, but not mandatory
