• Establish and seek out relationships with new clients
• Prepare agreements of Purchase and Sale
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Advise client(s) on different properties and prices
• Liaise with Design Centre and Head Office
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the progress of the subdivision and the community, as well as existing products and services.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
• Follow up on client orders as necessary

• Experience in new home sales
• Strong sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Independent, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and coordinate various activities
• Understanding blueprints is an asset, but not mandatory
