The Role

As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Magnum Food Brokers in your region. You’ll build lasting relationships with restaurants, healthcare facilities, and food distributors, introduce exciting products, attend food shows, and help customers find smart, profitable solutions.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, brand ambassador, and growth driver — all while enjoying autonomy, support, and plenty of opportunities to succeed.

Coverage Area:
Ottawa/Peterborough/Kingston

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Grow the Business:
    Prospect new customers, strengthen existing relationships, and uncover new opportunities
  • Consultative Selling:
    Act as a trusted food service advisor, offering value-added solutions
  • Product

    Education:

    Present product options, share samples, highlight cost savings and availability
  • Account Management:
    Track activities and customer insights using CRM tools
  • Stay Sharp:
    Keep up with industry trends, culinary innovation, and customer needs
  • Represent the Brand:
    Attend food shows and customer events to build visibility and partnerships
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of sales or business experience (food service or restaurant experience is a big plus)
  • Strong communication skills — confident in person, by phone, and virtually
  • A people-first mindset with a passion for relationship building
  • Goal-driven, organized, adaptable, and open to coaching
  • Curious, innovative, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM tools
  • Valid English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to manage territory, time, and priorities effectively
