The ideal candidate for this position must hold a valid OMVIC license and have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in automotive sales. Additionally, proficiency in computer skills that surpass industry standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of clients' unique needs and concerns to provide exceptional service and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.Cultivate enduring relationships founded on trust and integrity, fostering long-term customer loyalty.Deliver precise, valid, and comprehensive information about each vehicle using established methods, conducting test drives with clients to facilitate informed decision-making.Adhere rigorously to all communication procedures and industry guidelines, including but not limited to OMVIC and MVDA standards.Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, employing established tools to organize and securely file relevant documents.Exhibit strong multitasking abilities, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet and exceed sales targets.Communicate promptly with clients via various channels, such as phone, email, or text, attentively addressing inquiries and promptly scheduling appointments.We offer the following incentives and benefits to our valued team members:
