Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

Store Location: Ottawa, ON
Compensation: $18 per hour
Part-Time (est. 8-24 hours per week)
Requires weekend and holiday availability

• Deliver exceptional customer experiencesusing our GUIDE program to help guests find the right gear, feel at home in nature, and connect with our sustainability mission
• Drive sales and conversions by asking great questions, sharing your product knowledge, and helping guests make confident purchase decisions
• Support day-to-day operations like restocking, cash handling, and keeping the sales floor clean and inviting
• Collaborate with your teamto create a supportive, welcoming work environment that reflects Fjällräven's values
• Participate in local events and community activations that strengthen brand presence and guest loyalty
• Stay curious and informed: participate in training, learn about new arrivals, and keep up with our sustainability initiatives like the Arctic Fox Initiative and Down Promise

You don't need to summit Everest, but youdo need to love helping others explore, learn, and feel good about their choices. You're reliable, curious, and comfortable in a retail setting. You bring a team-first mindset and genuine enthusiasm for the outdoors.

You bring:

• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
• A track record of delivering great customer service and connecting with people of all backgrounds
• A passion for sustainability and the outdoors
• Dependability and a proactive approach to work
• Willingness to learn point-of-sale systems and retail operations
• Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, values-driven team
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Preferred, but not required:
  
  Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a fast-paced guest-facing role
