You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a r etail a ssociate , which we call a s olutions a dvisor at Best Buy. As a r etail a ssociate , you will keep our store looking great and process our customers’ purchases, returns, trade‑ins and more.

No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

• Help customers find the perfect product or service and respond to their questions
• Create an amazing customer experience at the checkout or the customer service counter
• Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and organized
• S har e your passion for tech and your product knowledge
• Ensure store signage is accurate and open box items are appropriately marked

• Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
• F lexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast‑paced environment
• A commitment to maintain ing a safe and fun working environment
• Must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 years old depending on your province) to be able to process mobile activations
