From preparing delicious meals to connecting with customers at the counter, you’ll play a key role in creating the welcoming, high-quality experience our shoppers know and love.

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Prepare and cook fresh offerings for our hot and cold bar, grill station, and service cases, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Package, stock, rotate, and merchandise display counters and shelves, maintaining high product standards and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures with particular focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP compliance, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and provide support to fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

• A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Completion of a post‑secondary program with an emphasis in culinary arts, plus up to one year of experience in a culinary or food‑service environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• The ability to work independently while taking pride in exceptional quality, attention to detail, and cleanliness standards.
• A collaborative, team‑oriented approach supported by strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English;
  French language skills considered an asset.
