OMNI Department Manager

Position Summary

The OMNI Department Manager will provide customer service by offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by contributing to the overall processes for Online Grocery and  processes directly and through follow‑up with OMNI Associates. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

• Participates in the training and development of all OMNI Associates.
• Completes Back Office Setup including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary, Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report, Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity, Assignation of CFAs, Fills in Staging Whiteboards, Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs.
• Checks email and AMP+ for action items.
• Completes daily picks, and performs post‑pick activities such as clearing and setting service stations, tote cleaning, maintaining e‑commerce cleaning standards, and ensuring Back Office is NCO and ready for the next day. The cleanliness level is comparable to that of a fresh associate.
• Leads by example by greeting all customers politely and friendly, assisting by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and helping them make purchasing decisions.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19. تیم $19.35. Rateregions of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
