Reporting to the Kitchen Department Head, this position is responsible for frying, cutting, packing, weighing, labeling and preparing various Kitchen products (BBQ, Hot Foods, Dim Sum, Sushi, and/or others) in advance for customers to choose from. It also requires stocking Kitchen products onto display cases and coolers in the sales area, providing good customer service, and maintaining inventory and workplace cleanliness.

• Greet customers with a smile and friendly enthusiasm.
• Assist customers in selecting Kitchen products and provide recommendations.
• Ensure product quality, food safety and freshness, and strictly practice FIFO.
• Prepare, label and display various Kitchen products in the display areas and cases.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness by washing work areas and ensuring tools are clean and well-kept.
• Keep displays full, attractive, and neat; replenish inventory in a timely manner.
• Follow procedures to verify and process expired Kitchen products and manage shrinkage.
• Receive product deliveries and take customer orders.
• Ensure daily sales and other checklists are properly completed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and statutory holidays.
• Stand for long periods and use work-related tools safely.
• Apply basic work safety knowledge.
• Relevant experience and knowledge of Kitchen deli products, display, promotion and packaging techniques preferred.

Entry level, full-time position. Experience with Kitchen deli products and display is preferred.
