Front Store Supervisor

Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, and keep the customer at the centre of everything you do.

Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising.

• Ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures
• Train cashiers/merchandisers in job functions
• Provide ongoing guidance and instruction

• Ensure all loss prevention standards are implemented, manage daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking, tracking sheets, PC Optimum procedures

• Ensure store employees present proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy
• Answer inquiries regarding location of product, rainchecks, etc.
• Resolve customer issues according to established guidelines (refunds, exchanges, etc.)
• Promote the CSI Survey

• Ensure shelves are clean and organized with proper rotation
• Ensure product displays are set up and taken down as directed by the AFSM/FSM

• Ensure standards of housekeeping and store image are maintained
• Comply with all Health and Safety requirements
• May be asked to perform clerical and banking duties
• Comply with all store policies and procedures
• Comply with loss prevention policies and procedures and ensure they are executed in the store
• Perform other duties as required including cashier duties when necessary
