As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career in Retail and further growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLE S

• Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
• Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
• Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment

As a Style Advisor, you will:

• Sell clothes and earn client confidence through styling expertise
• Deliver memorable experiences by creating meaningful moments
• Build personalized connections with clients to enhance loyalty

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas
• Prepare products for processing and handle transactions efficiently
• Package products to enhance the luxury experience
• Support operations at the Service Counter

As an Inventory Associate, you will:

• Process shipments accurately and efficiently
• Manage product placement and display standards
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences and retail operations

As a Merchandiser, you will:

• Handle shipments and place products on the sales floor
• Translate product stories and validate display standards
• Support all aspects of boutique operations

THE COMPENSATION
