Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team members during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Handle opening and closing procedures
• Manage cash, inventory, and staff schedules
• Train and support new employees
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience at Tim Hortons or similar fast-food restaurant
• Leadership or shift-leading experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
