Café Supervisor

We're looking for a Café Supervisor at Jackson Café who will put his or her passion and positivism to good use in managing the team and operations of our catering department. In his or her element when the going gets tough, he or she adapts easily to the unexpected, proposes solutions and makes quick decisions to ensure impeccable customer service at all times.

• Supervise, coach and train the barista team.
• Motivate team members in their tasks and development.
• Plan staffing, resource and inventory management to ensure optimal quality levels in operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain and check food service equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with the establishment's cleanliness and safety standards at all times.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years management or supervisory experience
• Ability to solve problems quickly and make informed decisions
• Thorough knowledge of customer service practices and hygiene standards
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Passion for coffee and commitment to operational excellence

The hourly range for this role is between $19.00 and $23.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
