Quality Assurance Representative

Boeing Canada Operations LtdBoeing Canada Operations Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support CH-147 efforts in Petawawa, Canada
.
The individual will work closely with the CH-147 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capabilities, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the CH-147 platform.
Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures.
Collect and verify data to support the identification of root causes of routine problems.
Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements.
Documents audit results in standard formats.
Works under general supervision.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
4+ years of experience in Aircraft Sustainment & Rotorcraft.
1+ years’ experience with DRMIS (Defence Resource Management Information System).
2+ years of experience with CH-147F.
Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment
Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance.
Must be legally able to work in Canada.
Individuals must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods.
Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Technical data experience.
AS9100 Revision D experience.
Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery.

Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

This requisition is for a, locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
