Carp Road Animal Hospital is currently welcoming a full‑time dependable Veterinary Assistant to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to support the entire hospital.

• Assist veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for pet parents
• Maintain a positive, low‑stress atmosphere for patients and adapt to changing situations
• Perform general housekeeping duties; cleanliness of reception, pet‑holding, and common areas
• Willingness to learn more regarding veterinary services, updated medical office procedures, and assistance to veterinary staff
• Demonstrate compassion and nurturing attitude
• Take initiative and work independently
• Veterinary Assistant (VA) or Veterinary Office Assistant (VOA) program certificate is an asset
