A non-profit organization in Ottawa seeks a full-time Manager-Monitoring & Evaluation and Reporting. The successful candidate will develop and implement Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning systems to enhance the organization’s impact. Responsibilities include managing MEAL activities, supporting capacity building for partners, and ensuring compliance with donor reporting requirements. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree, extensive MEAL experience, and strong communication skills.
This role supports hybrid work and requires residency in the Ottawa-Gatineau area.
