Overview
Missionary Support Raising Coordinator position open to external candidates and current staff. The role supports CCO’s mission by bringing clarity, structure, and excellence to MPD systems and processes to empower missionaries to focus on evangelization, building missionary disciples, and responding to God’s call.
This role is ideal for someone who loves the mission, thrives on organization, and enjoys helping others succeed in serving the Great Commission.
Responsibilities- Supporting Missionary Effectiveness through MPD Coordination: coordinating Missionary Partner Development (MPD) intervals and annual rhythms to provide staff with clarity, consistency, and confidence in their MPD; executing and supporting MPD processes that remove obstacles and reduce confusion for missionaries; ensuring timely communication, follow-up, and alignment.
- Training, Systems, and Resource Support: coordinating logistics and administration for MPD trainings and onboarding experiences; maintaining clear, up-to-date MPD resources, tools, and documentation; supporting missionaries by ensuring expectations, timelines, and processes are communicated clearly and consistently.
- Operational Excellence & Team
Collaboration:
executing assigned components of the Stewardship & Development Annual Tactical Plan; supporting departmental projects that strengthen MPD culture and effectiveness; collaborating with the Missionary Support Raising Manager and broader S&D team to serve missionaries well. - See the Missionary Support Raising Coordinator Job Description.
- Have a heart for mission partners and growing CCO missionaries.
- Are an effective communicator and motivator, able to challenge and encourage others.
- Are detail-oriented, especially in administrative coordination and scheduling.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Are confident in using Google Suite for data entry, tracking, and communication.
- Are familiar with or able to learn systems like Raiser’s Edge (RE).
- Have a collaborative mindset and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Are comfortable facilitating or supporting training and formation events.
- Experience in program coordination or adult learning is an asset.

- Working hours:
Full-Time - 40 hours (generally 8:30-5 pm); some opportunities for flexible hours depending on supervisor and position needs; occasional weekend and evening work may be required with schedule flexibility to accommodate program requirements.
