• Experienced in supporting the execution of numerous ABM campaigns, event activations and lead gen activities towards marketing and corporate objectives.
• Must be Bilingual (English and French)
• Experienced in leading the evolution of flagship and smaller initiatives to align with demand generation objectives, governance standards, and efficiency targets.
• Experienced in end-to-end event delivery in terms of planning and execution of co-hosted events, including program design, logistics, and onsite delivery.
• Must have worked on shaping agendas, content themes, and speaker lineups aligned to target account needs and commercial priorities.
• Oversee attendee journeys from registration through onsite experience and post-event engagement.
• Experience in driving integrated Marketing promotion, event content, and thought leadership assets in support of demand generation goals.
• Experience in building and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including sponsorship development and negotiation.
• Expert in managing budgets, contracts, agencies, and suppliers to ensure value for money and operational excellence.
• Proficient in tracking performance, analyzing engagement and pipeline impact, and applying insights to continuously improve initiatives.
• Leverage CRM and marketing systems to support lead flow, engagement tracking, and pipeline contribution.
• Provide guidance, best practices, and mentorship while working cross-functionally to deliver integrated initiatives.
