Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid)

Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own how our products show up in the market from positioning and messaging, to launch plans, and sales enablement.
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, engineering, and sales, reporting into the VP of Marketing with a dotted line to the CTO. Your focus will be on :
- Clearly articulating the value of Celebright's hardware + software solutions
- Driving awareness and demand across homeowner and commercial segments
- Equipping our dealers / partners, installers, and internal sales team to win
- Bringing the voice of the customer to inform the product roadmap
- Own product positioning and messaging for Celebright's hardware, controllers, and software / app ensuring it is differentiated, simple, and aligned to our brand.
- Deeply understand our customers (homeowners, contractors, dealers, commercial clients): use interviews, surveys, and market research to map jobs‑to‑be‑done, use cases, and buying triggers.
- Monitor competitive landscape (e.g., other permanent outdoor lighting and control systems) and identify opportunities to differentiate on features, experience, and pricing.
- Partner with Product & Engineering (via the CTO) to bring the voice of the customer into roadmap discussions and feature prioritization.
- Lead go‑to‑market planning for new product and feature releases (hardware and software): objectives, segmentation, pricing / packaging recommendations, launch narrative, and channel strategy.
- Build integrated launch plans with demand gen, content, and partner marketing including campaigns across web, email, paid, social, and in‑app.
- Collaborate with the CTO / product engineering team to translate technical capabilities into customer‑friendly benefits and stories.
- Define launch KPIs and track performance; recommend iterations based on data.
- Create and maintain sales enablement tools: pitch decks, one‑pagers, product comparison sheets, FAQs, demo scripts, and objection‑handling guides for internal sales and external dealers.
- Work closely with dealer success / channel teams to support recruitment and activation of new dealers / installers (e.g., onboarding kits, co‑marketing playbooks, localized assets).
- Develop training content (live and on‑demand) to help dealers and sales reps understand new features, installation / usage implications, and key selling points.
- Support pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with Product, Finance, and Sales.
- Own the product narrative across the website, landing pages, app store listings, videos, and collateral.
- Partner with content / creative to produce case studies, product videos, in‑app education, and campaign assets that highlight real‑world installations and use cases.
- Ensure all product content is technically accurate, on‑brand, and optimized for SEO and conversion.
- Define and track key PMM metrics: product adoption, feature usage, attach rates, funnel conversion, and win / loss trends.
- Run messaging, pricing, and packaging experiments and share learnings with Marketing, Product, and Leadership.
- Support forecasting and business reviews with product‑line performance insights and recommendations.
- 47+ years of experience in Product Marketing or closely related roles (e.g., Marketing Manager Products) in B2B / B2B2C tech, IoT, or hardware + software products. Experience in lighting, smart home, AV, or building technologies is a strong asset.
