Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing department by executing marketing campaigns, managing content, coordinating events, and analyzing market trends. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Management: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Qualifications:
    • A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, museology, or a related field.
    • Minimum one year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the food industry.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
