We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and enhance the visibility of our energy services company, specializing in HVAC and efficiency solutions. In this role, you’ll develop and execute marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns, and build brand awareness to attract new clients and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote HVAC, installation, and energy efficiency services.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and report on ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Maintain and update the company website and social media channels.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities to engage customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a technical or service-oriented industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creative content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Hub Spot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Creative problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (an asset).
