** LRO Staffing**. LRO Staffing is working with a well‑respected organization in the National Capital Region to recruit a newly created position that supports the organization’s marketing and communications initiatives and contributes to its continued growth and brand presence.

Responsibilities- Support the execution of email campaigns, digital content, announcements, and newsletters
- Manage content scheduling and community engagement on social media platforms
- Coordinate logo placements, branding, and sponsorship deliverables
- Assist with the planning and delivery of client‑facing and internal events
- Develop and manage marketing materials and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency
- Liaise with internal teams, industry partners, and external vendors
- Contribute to recruitment marketing efforts and identify relevant sponsorship opportunities
- Manage booth logistics and promotional materials for conferences and trade shows
- Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination role
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, social media management, and CRM tools
- Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms
- Solid command of Microsoft PowerPoint and the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
French is an asset - Organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
- Work arrangement:
Primarily onsite, minimum 4 days in‑office - Location:
Downtown Ottawa - Hours:
Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (8:30 am–4:30 pm with a one‑hour unpaid lunch) - Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
