**** Join us as our new Maintenance Technician IV
** The Maintenance Technician IV is a senior-level role responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair of production equipment, and infrastructure. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of
** electrical, mechanical, and utilities
** and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

** In this role you'll make an impact by:
*** Performing advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on Production equipment such as:
Pumps, motors, gearbox, Mechanical seal, laser alignment and other complex equipment.
* Maintaining the operation and surveillance of plant utilities and ancillary equipment, related control panels, and building control systems.
* Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and determining corrective actions using technical manuals, schematics, and testing instruments.
* Monitoring, calibrating, and maintaining critical systems such as Pumps, motors, gearbox, Mechanical seal, laser alignment and other complex equipment.
* Ensuring compliance with CCOHS, CEC/NFC, and other safety regulations.
* Assisting in developing preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Participating in on-call rotation and responding to emergency maintenance issues.
* Operating forklifts, lifts, and other specialized equipment safely.
** To succeed you must hold:
*** A valid electrician license is strongly preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a technical school or associate degree is a plus.
* Instrumentation and Calibration experience considered an asset.
* Sound knowledge of manufacturing / industrial equipment.
* Have a minimum 8–10 years of experience in industrial or facilities maintenance, with expertise in one or more technical trades (e.g., welding, electrical, or mechanical.
* Possess strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
* Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
* Ability to perform other maintenance tasks welding, minor plumbing, refrigeration, an asset.
* Be proficient with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
* Have excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
