Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our production team on the 2nd shift. The role includes hiring, training, and supervising entry‑level production personnel on fast‑paced shifts, meeting daily productivity and quality requirements, maintaining inventory control, ensuring plant safety and compliance with OSHA standards, and fostering a culture of safety. This is a management position with hands‑on responsibility for daily production flow and bottom‑line results.

• Ensure plant safety and compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
• Train partners on company safety policies and emphasize a safety culture.
• Take hands‑on responsibility for daily production flow and bottom‑line results.

• High School Diploma or GED;
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license.

• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $67,100 – $85,800 per year. The range takes into account factors such as skills, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.
