Chiron Therapeutics is seeking a high-impact Interim CEO / Executive Chair for a 12-month engagement (Potential for a transition to a permanent Executive Chair or Board role). The primary objective is to lead and close our Seed Round. You will bridge the gap between our current R&D-heavy phase and a fully capitalized clinical development stage, providing the institutional leadership required to scale the company.

• Lead the Fundraise: Take full ownership of theseed round. This includes refining the pitch deck, identifying lead investors, managing the due diligence data room, and negotiating term sheets.
• Investor Synergy: Activate an existing network of Life Science VCs, Family Offices, and Angel Syndicates.
• Strategic Positioning: Refine the corporate narrative for Chiron’s IP-licensed technology and lead candidates to emphasize market scalability.
• Institutional Readiness: Transition the company from founder-led R&D to a professionalized, investor-ready structure.

• Fundraising Track Record: Proven success in raising significant venture capital specifically within the life sciences sector.
