About the Role:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they arepleted on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines,municating with stakeholders, and resolving issues to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational goals.
Attend project meetings, conferences, corporate events, and training as requiredConsistent openmunication with Site Supervisors and ensure quality work by doing regular site visitsPreparation of monthly progress billing and preparing monthly progress updates with upper managementDevelopprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other employees throughout thepanyDelegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levelsCoordinate larger-scale projectsAttend job showings and meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectEstimating jobs, CCNs, SI’sPerform risk management to minimize project risksCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocation, including coordinating all deliveries of equipment and materials in a timely mannerMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesUse and continually develop leadership skillsCultivate client relations and client developmentWhat you will need to succeed:
Plumbers License is an assetProven working experience in Project Management (minimum 2 years)Excellent client-facing and internalmunication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrongputer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsWhat you will get in return:
