The Operations Trainer is responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates in the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise and guide a team of warehouse associates, providing coaching, feedback, and training.
- Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and identify opportunities for team development.
- Foster a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Enforce safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures within the warehouse environment.
- Conduct safety inspections and provide safety training to warehouse associates.
- Investigate and address any safety incidents or accidents.
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze warehouse performance data and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.
Associate's degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Experience2-5 years of experience
Physical Demands- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
