Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Yard and Warehouse Supervisor supervises yard and warehouse activities and operations that often involve determining and delegating tasks and ensuring efficient handling of equipment and materials. By streamlining all yard and warehouse activities, this detail-oriented leader can help drive overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This will be a full-time position at 3150 Rideau Road.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Audit and report inventory while identifying which items to order and restock
Guiding the team, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of equipment
Ensure timely picking, shipping, and return of materials and equipment.
Prioritize and assign work to the team based on workload and customer requirements
Identify and report problems or deficiencies
Achieve team goals in collaboration with the MSL Operations Manager and Purchasing Supervisor
Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives for optimal performance
Mentor direct reports, assist with development plans, and conduct one on one and performance evaluations.
Address employee concerns, enforce discipline fácil policies, and manage on and off‑boarding activities.
Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner

Requirements
- Ability to integrate with and work well in a team setting
- Flexible and able to function in a fast‑paced environment
- A high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A high degree of proficiency using SharePoint an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and problem‑solving skills with a proven ability to prioritize work
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant warehouse experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
Completion of a supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related program is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of SAP or inventory‑based software considered an asset
- Experience working in an equipment rental environment considered an asset
Compensation Information:
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 annually. Placement within the range is dependant on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
