Our client is an entrepreneurial, international business that is continuously looking to grow and expand into new markets. Key to their success is deep and detailed analysis as they look at prospective export markets, coupled with seamless integration and collaboration with the business development, marketing, and strategic arms of the company. To facilitate continued growth, our client is now seeking a seasoned executive to identify and analyze mid-to-long term business strategies and go-to market plans that are data-driven, technically sound and highly compelling.

Reporting to a Vice President, the Director, Market Analysis & Development will lead the development of market strategies that shape the organization’s overall approach to growth. This role is accountable for delivering actionable insights and driving competitive advantage through rigorous analysis and strategic planning. Success in this position depends on building strong internal credibility and trusted relationships across business units, collaborating effectively to align priorities and enable data-driven decision-making that supports long-term success.

In addition, the Director will engage with external stakeholders and partners, representing the company in industry forums, and building relationships that advance strategic objectives and strengthen its position in international markets. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this leader ensures that recommendations are grounded in thorough research and sound judgment.

As an ideal candidate, you bring experience in defining and leading market strategies that shape overall business development and growth initiatives. You have a proven ability to design and implement strategic plans that drive expansion and strengthen competitive advantage. Skilled at market research and analysis, you are able to use data and trends to build actionable strategic plans.
