Company Overview: Trivium Property Management is a small boutique property management company specializing in condominium management. We operate in Ottawa and throughout Eastern Ontario, providing exceptional service to our clients.
Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Condominium Manager/Assistant Condominium Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of a portfolio of condominiums, ensuring that all aspects of the properties are well‑maintained and that our clients receive outstanding customer service. This position will be hybrid remote, requiring the candidate to work both in‑office and remotely, and will require a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all residents, owners, and board members of the condominium properties managed by the company.
- Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed on-time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Prepare annual budgets and financial reports for each property.
- Oversee the hiring and training of on‑site staff, including maintenance personnel and security personnel.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of residents and their property.
- Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with local bylaws and regulations.
- Attend board meetings and provide updates on the status of the properties.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure that all financial records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Handle all inquiries and concerns from residents and owners in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- CMRAO general or limited license is required.
- 3–5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on condominiums.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local bylaws and regulations related to condominiums.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
