The Cleaning Project Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of janitorial services at the designated site, ensuring compliance with contract obligations and delivering high‑quality services to meet client expectations. The role involves managing communication between the company and the client, leading the cleaning staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and managing resources to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform stripping and waxing of different types of floors
• Be knowledgeable in floor scrubbing and burnishing of floors
• Move/lift furniture and perform heavy‑duty cleaning
• Have experience and knowledge of wet carpet extraction
• Supervise staff as needed when helping with the projects
• Operate carpet machines of various types
• Other specialist duties as required
• High dusting experience is a plus
• Demonstrate infection prevention and control knowledge and skills
• Garage pressure washing experience is a plus

Must have a valid driver’s license (in good standing).

Strong English language capabilities;
French is considered a plus.

Must have 4 years plus experience in Commercial Cleaning.

Ability to lead others in regular cleaning duties.

Training others is a plus in regular cleaning duties.

Full‑time position requiring site presence and occasional travel to the company head office for management meetings.
