We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Homemaker to provide exceptional cleaning and home support services in private homes across Ottawa. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.

Perform routine cleaning tasks: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and window cleaning.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces.

Handle laundry: washing, folding, and ironing.

Sanitize frequently touched surfaces (e.g., doorknobs, light switches, remote controls).

Assist with occasional errands such as grocery shopping.

Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the homeowner or supervisor.

Keep cleaning equipment and supplies well-stocked and in good condition.

Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic home.

Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (ability to travel independently across Ottawa).

Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) completed within the past 6 months, or willingness to obtain one.

Previous experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning is an asset, but not mandatory.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.

Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.

Good communication skills and a positive, client-friendly attitude.

Physically able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
