Over the last 40 years, Gastops has built a robust business which is recognized worldwide for its innovative contributions to equipment health management in the aviation, energy, marine, industrial and transportation industries. Gastops’ products and services add value throughout the life cycle of complex critical equipment from the design stage through to in-service operations and support. We design, manufacture, and support advanced equipment sensing and analysis products, including on-line oil debris sensors, torque measurement sensors, turbine blade health sensors, and at-line oil analysis systems.

As a Supply Chain Analyst at Gastops, you will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations through data-driven insights and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) leadership. You will be responsible for analyzing procurement and logistics data, developing performance reports, and supporting cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and decision-making across the supply chain. You will also serve as the functional lead for ERP-related supply chain processes, ensuring system integrity and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze supply chain data (inventory, procurement, lead times, supplier performance, etc.) to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with operations, finance, and engineering teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
  • ERP System Leadership
    • Serve as the functional lead for ERP systems related to supply chain processes (e.g., procurement, inventory, BOMs, production planning).
    • Maintain data integrity in ERP systems and lead initiatives to improve automation and data accuracy.
    • Support ERP upgrades, configuration changes, and training for supply chain users.
  • Process Improvement
    • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for procurement, material planning, and inventory control.
    • Work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Supplier & Inventory Management
    • Support supplier evaluation through performance metrics and risk analysis.
    • Assist with inventory optimization strategies, including safety stock levels and reorder points.
  • Operational Support
    • Support other supply chain functions, such as shipping, receiving, inventory control, material planning, and procurement, as needed.
    • Assist in managing cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliation processes.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or operations analysis role.
  • Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, etc.).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering-based environment, ideally in aerospace, defence, or energy sectors.
  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP system.
  • Familiarity with ISO, AS9100, or other regulated environments.
  • Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement.
