. Our lawyers regularly represent clients before all levels of Canadian courts
, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal
, the World Trade Organization
, and in investor-state dispute settlement arbitrations before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

As a lawyer at Tereposky & DeRose LLP, you will work on complex litigation and regulatory matters with both national and international dimensions. You will receive direct mentorship from senior lawyers
, offering hands-on guidance and meaningful opportunities for professional growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis
• Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents
• Assisting in the preparation of hearings and arbitrations
• Working closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic legal advice

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
• Professional fluency in English (written and oral)
• An Ontario call to the bar with 1–6 years of legal experience
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on responsiveness
