Attorney - U.S. Business Immigration - Multiple Cities
Join EY’s U.S. Business Immigration team to help companies navigate the complexities of today’s globally mobile workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Manage delivery of complex immigration services, providing proactive and strategic solutions aligned with client needs.
- Utilize technical legal and procedural knowledge of U.S. business immigration law, including PERM, NIV, and IV law, and apply this to client situations.
- Prepare, review, and submit non‑immigrant, immigrant, and PERM applications in a high‑volume environment.
- Manage client deliverables and expectations while executing on competing priorities.
- Facilitate the legal movement of employees across borders for business travel.
- Manage law clerks and other client service team members.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance best‑practice client service delivery.
- JD and admission to any U.S. state bar.
- Practical knowledge of U.S. immigration.
- Excellent managerial, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide technical legal expertise and proactive, strategic business solutions aligned with client needs.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic team‑oriented environment.
- Ability to multi‑task and take on a variety of projects.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Salary RangeBritish Columbia: $85,000 to $155,000 (determined by education, experience, skills, and location).
