Job Description
** Position Summary

** Workday People Analytics Specialist
** to deliver actionable insights through the Workday platform and help our HR and business leaders make informed, strategic decisions.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Strategic Consultation:
** Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, document requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations.
* ** Analytics Development:
** Translate business requirements into impactful reports and dashboards that enable organizational insights.

* Collaboration:

** Work closely with HR Technology, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and robust analytics solutions.
* ** Workday Configuration:
** Configure Workday dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, People Analytics, and Prism. Provide training and troubleshoot issues.
* ** Standards & Governance:
** Establish and maintain standards for people analytics, collaborating with HR partners to centralize metric definitions.
* ** Privacy & Security:
** Partner with HR, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, and Legal to uphold data privacy and security standards.
* ** Mentorship:
** Guide team members on best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
** Basic Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Workday dashboards, reporting, Discovery Boards, Prism, and People Analytics.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Experience designing and implementing dashboards in other analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Project management experience with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with configuration of the full Workday HCM suite.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
