Role DescriptionCT is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Digital Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help execute, optimize, and monitor campaigns across digital channels, ensuring content resonates with audiences, trends are leveraged, and campaigns deliver measurable results. You will collaborate closely with design, content, and client services teams to bring creative ideas to life and maximize engagement.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across email, paid media platforms such as Meta and Google Ads, etc., and organic social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X, and Tik Tok.
- Stay current on trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to help ensure campaigns are innovative and aligned with best practices.
- Create compelling, audience-focused content and copy that drives engagement and brand awareness.
- Leverage audience insights, A/B testing, and performance analytics to iteratively optimize targeting, creative, and overall campaign ROI.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency and creative quality.
- Support reporting and analysis, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in social media, digital marketing, or campaign coordination.
- Passion for trends, social platforms, and digital culture, with a curiosity to explore new features and creative opportunities.
- Hands‑on experience managing campaigns across Google, Linked In, Meta, X, Tik Tok, and other paid platforms; platform certifications preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive, engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills, paired with data‑driven decision‑making.
- Competency in campaign management and analytics tools, with experience optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
