About

The Role

The Senior AI Product Manager, AI is responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling AI‑powered products, platforms, or capabilities that are strategically critical and highly visible across the organization.

The incumbent will own end‑to‑end outcomes for complex AI‑driven products or product lines, where value is delivered through various AI techniques such as machine learning (supervised and unsupervised), deep learning, natural language processing and generative AI.

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Senior Product Manager, AI shapes long‑term AI product strategy, translates business and user needs into AI‑specific product requirements, and leads cross‑functional teams through the uncertainty, risk, and iteration inherent in AI‑based systems.

The Senior AI Product Manager is also a leader and mentor within Product Management, strengthening AI product practices, rigor, and credibility across the organization.

What you will do
  • In partnership with PM leaders, define and evolve a long‑term product vision and roadmap for AI‑powered products, platforms, or capabilities, aligned to business strategy and customer outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate AI product strategy, roadmap, progress, risks, and outcomes to executive audiences.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can deliver meaningful differentiation, measurable impact, and scalable value.
  • Partner closely with AI, platform and application engineering teams to prioritize feature development, model improvements, experimentation, and technical debt.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, product portfolio decisions, commercialization, and go‑to‑market strategies for AI‑enabled offerings.
  • Lead controlled rollout of AI products through early innovation programs, and phased commercialization, incorporating usage data, feedback, and risk signals to refine autonomy, pricing, and packaging over time.
  • Translate business problems and user needs into AI‑specific product requirements.
  • Verify AI products provide all required functionalities to support customer and business workflows and success criteria, ensuring they reflect real‑world processes and decision trade‑offs.
  • Proactively assess and mitigate specific risks, including security, privacy and compliance.
  • Conduct in‑depth market analyses and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats, and risks.
  • Leverage insight and analysis to effectively pivot and shape product strategy.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with customers, partners, and senior internal stakeholders to inform strategic direction and validate product value.
  • Develop partner relationships where AI capabilities are trusted, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with product standards.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is an asset.
