Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for one of our key government clients to lead the planning and coordination of a migration from Biztalk to AIS (Azure Integration Services), manage risks and dependencies associated with the integrations and drive the project from concept through detailed planning into execution.
Candidate MUST have the following:
A valid security clearance at the level of Enhanced Reliability;More than ten (10) years of project management experience, ideally in enterprise technology projects;Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale integration or platform migration projects (enterprise scale, not just small sets of Power Automate/Logic Apps);Strong background managing complex integration landscapes, with many interfaces and dependencies; andExperience working closely with technical teams (integrators, architects, operations, engineers) and business stakeholders and management, including executives.Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:
Capable of communicating with technical teams while remaining a PM first, i.e., can understand technical discussions, ask the right questions, and synthesize them into plans and risks and can communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholder, providing concise dashboards and status updates;Displaying proficiency with Clarity PPM (preferred, or ability to learn quickly), Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Planner; andStrong risk management and dependency management skills.Donna Cona is committed to a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
