Payroll Lead S4 Program

Duration: 9 Months Contract

We are supporting an Ottawa-based client by augmenting their internal team during the testing phase of their SAP Success Factors deployment. The overall implementation is being led by another systems integrator; our role is focused exclusively on testing support. We are seeking a certified SAP Payroll consultant with hands-on experience as a lead implementation consultant, specifically in Canadian municipal government environments.

While this role is dedicated to testing, prior implementation experience with the SAP Payroll module is essential. The client is implementing Success Factors Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding (ONB), and already has Recruiting live. As EC is being integrated with SAP ECC Payroll, a full payroll regression test is required to ensure accuracy and continuity.

• Certified SAP Payroll consultant
• Hands-on experience as a lead implementation consultant
• Experience in Canadian municipal government environments
• Prior implementation experience with SAP Payroll module
• Proficient in English

• Experience with Success Factors Employee Central (EC)
• Experience with Success Factors Onboarding (ONB)
• Familiarity with full payroll regression testing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
