Location: Ontario (Hybrid – Onsite 3 Days/Week)
Duration: 12-Month Contract

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Digital Marketing Specialist to support website publishing, email campaign execution, SEO optimization, and marketing analytics. This role works closely with a marketing team of approximately 15 professionals and acts as both a production lead and strategic partner, ensuring digital initiatives are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & CRM Execution
- Build, segment, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns using a CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Optimize subject lines, layout, and content to improve engagement and click-through rates.
- Perform thorough quality assurance before distribution to large audiences.
Website Management & Optimization
- Support intake requests and build complex webpages using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Publish and update content while ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
- Identify website enhancements and communicate requirements to centralized and global teams.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to launch new webpages.
SEO & Analytics
- Conduct SEO audits and competitive research using tools such as SEMrush and Google Search Console.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify underperforming content and recommend improvements.
- Use reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Demandbase) to provide actionable insights.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage daily workflow and prioritize tasks using Wrike or similar project management tools.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders and act as project lead across various marketing initiatives.
- Support Canadian marketing efforts, including coordination of French translations (bilingual French is a strong asset).
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and email campaign execution.
- CRM experience (Dynamics preferred, but similar platforms acceptable).
- Experience building and publishing webpages within a CMS (Adobe experience preferred).
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy (heavy peer review environment).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
Industry background is flexible (B2B preferred but open to B2C experience with relevant skills).
