Position: Microsoft Technology Specialists (MTS)
Adecco is currently seeking a Microsoft Technology Specialists (MTS) for a full-time, 48-week temporary contract based in Ottawa, ON (on-site). This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals looking to develop and deploy scalable, user-focused digital solutions using Microsoft technologies.
As an MTS, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital solutions, ensuring all solutions adhere to enterprise architecture and lifecycle management standards. Your work will directly contribute to the usability, accessibility, and effectiveness of strategic digital solutions.

• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (48-week contract)
• Location: Ottawa, ON - On-site
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Pay Rate: To be confirmed

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize SharePoint Online pages for usability, accessibility, and content discoverability
• Build custom Power Apps solutions to automate workflows and improve data collection
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for operational insights
• Create and maintain SharePoint Online data repositories
• Ensure all solutions comply with enterprise architecture and lifecycle management standards
• Develop and deploy SharePoint Online pages
• Build and document Power Apps workflows
• Provide Power BI dashboards and reports
• Integrate digital solutions across Microsoft platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with SharePoint Online, Azure, and Microsoft technologies within the past 9 years
• Minimum of 5 years' experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric
• Ability to work on-site in Ottawa
• Secret-level security clearance required
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and collaborative mindset
