Job Title: Figma Developer – AI & Automation

Duration: Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Figma Developer – AI & Automation to build intelligent, AI-driven Figma plugins that automate design workflows and integrate with enterprise creative ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Figma Plugin APIs, Generative AI, and Adobe/AEM integrations, enabling faster, scalable digital content production.

• Design, develop, and optimize Figma plugins and widgets using Figma Plugin API, Widget API, and REST APIs
• Layout and design recommendations
• Image enhancement and metadata tagging
• Build bi-directional integrations with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Creative Cloud APIs
• Implement AI-powered features such as: layout adaptation
• Connect Figma with external systems (AEM Assets, Photoshop, SharePoint Graph, Azure Blob Storage)
• Develop secure OAuth 2.0 / JWT authentication and webhook-based integrations
• Build scalable plugin UIs using Type Script + React, ensuring performance and maintainability
• Apply accessibility standards and best practices for generated design assets
• Manage plugin publishing, versioning, and enterprise deployment

• Deep hands-on experience with Figma Plugin API, Widget API, REST API
• Experience integrating Adobe APIs (Firefly, Photoshop, Express, Creative Cloud, AEM)
• Knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Blob Storage, Service Bus)
• Experience with Generative AI and ML frameworks (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Tensor Flow, PyTorch)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and secure integrations
• Debugging, testing, and performance optimization in Figma sandbox environments
