This role involves designing, building, and maintaining the Service Now CMDB structures, as well as troubleshooting and optimizing the service mapping process. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience with Service Now CMDB and an analytical mindset to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

The position is contract-based and requires a strong understanding of ITIL processes. Competitive pay rate is offered.
