Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience building and deploying email campaigns using CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience working with web content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing best practices
- Familiarity with Canadian French regulations and translation requirements is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality assurance
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute multi-channel digital marketing initiatives. This role plays a critical part in building and deploying targeted email campaigns, optimizing web content, and leveraging analytics to drive measurable results.
You will work closely with regional marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Build and execute targeted email campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics, including audience segmentation, form creation, quality assurance, and deployment
- Ensure all campaigns are properly configured, tested, and optimized for performance
- Support website updates using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring branding and content accuracy
- Use SEO tools such as Semrush and Google Search Console to audit content, analyze competitors, and improve search rankings
- Leverage analytics platforms including Looker Studio and Demandbase to evaluate performance and guide strategy
- Identify website enhancements to improve user experience and communicate requirements to technical teams
- Complete moderately complex design and content writing tasks to enhance digital presence
- Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to align campaign execution across regions
- Manage deliverables using Wrike to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
