Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language:
  English
• Security Clearance:
  Top Secret – SIGINT
• Location of Work:
  Onsite – Edward Drake Building, Ottawa, Ontario

• High Security Organization (HSO) and Intelligence Community Experience

The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of thirty‑six (36) cumulative months experience working within the last sixty (60) months from the bid closing date working within the Government of Canada intelligence community in a High Security Organization such as the Communications Security Establishment (CSE), the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

• IT Security Certification

The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a valid IT security certification such as:

• an Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) certification, or
• a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.

• Project Management Professional Certification

The Bidder’s proposed resource must hold a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from a recognized international project management agency such as the Project Management Institute (PMI).

• IT Infrastructure Library Certification

The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a valid IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 Expert certificate from an ITIL Accredited Examination Institute.

• System Development Life-Cycle Experience

The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of sixty (60) months of experience using a formal System Development Life-cycle methodology within the last ninetysix (96) months from the bid closing date.

• Project Management Experience

The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of one-hundred-twenty (120) months experience in Project Management within the field of Information Technology (IT) in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement within the last one-hundred-eighty (180) months from the bid closing date.
