Role Description
The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading IT projects, managing complex customer relationships, and driving consensus across a diverse group of stakeholders including senior leadership and technical teams. The role includes overseeing large-scale Infrastructure Operations and creating a roadmap to continuously assess client infrastructure needs, with experience in People Soft, Payroll, and application maintenance/sustainment/operations engagements.
Minimum Qualifications- Valid Federal Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
- Over ten (10+) years of experience managing IT projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present project updates, technical issues, risks, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including at senior leadership / executive level
- Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and driving consensus across a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior leadership and technical teams
- Experience in managing large scale Infrastructure Operations and ability to create a roadmap to continuously assess the infrastructure needs of the client
- Experience with People Soft application and architecture
- Experience with Payroll enterprise resource application
- Experience with Application Maintenance / Sustainment / Operations engagements
- Experience with Public Sector engagements
