Consultant; Audit of Project Management

We are looking for a Consultant (Audit of Project Management) for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language:
  Bilingual – French + English

• Security Clearance:
  No Security Clearance Required

• Location of Work:
  Hybrid – Mostly remote, may require onsite work within the Parliamentary Precinct in Ottawa

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must demonstrate understanding of the House of Commons operating environment and how it affects audit delivery.
  • The bidder must provide a clear, tailored audit approach aligned to Statement of Requirements (SOR) scope areas (governance/oversight; frameworks/tools; training/competency; monitoring/reporting)
  • The bidder must provide a draft workplan approach showing the ability to deliver the engagement from April–November 2026
  • The bidder must provide a proposed approach consistent with SOR expectations
  • The bidder must be able to describe to ensure quality and factual accuracy
